A Night to Shine 22nd September 2018

On Saturday I was one of the photographers photographing the sponsored walk in aid of Pilgrims Hospice in Ashford, Kent.

The weather was pretty awful, but everyone; walkers and organisers were all joyful and determined to raise funds.

I would definitely like to be included in future events (they emailed me today and I’m on the list).

Newborn Photography, Ashford, Kent

I started talking to her Mum whilst she was pregnant with this precious baby.

We booked in the session within the 2 weeks following her due date. She was actually about a week late, she was 6 days old the first time I met her. She was very unsettled so agreed I’d return the a week later.

Which I did, her feeding had changed and she was a different baby. Was intrigued by what I was doing so wouldn’t got to sleep, no matter what we did to sooth her. She was chilled but wanted to keep an eye on me. At only 11 days old I was quite amazed how attentive she was.

Rare Breeds Centre

Yesterday I had a morning out with one of my bf’s and her 2 daughters. I haven’t visited the Rare Breeds Centre for a number of years.

It was much hotter than we had bargained for, luckily we had plenty of drinks and were able to sit and rest in the shade.

Now the youngest can say my name, there was abit of rivalry going on who could get my attention the most, bless them, made my heart smile 🙂

I am blessed with wonderful friends, I’m very lucky.

My friend won’t have anyone else photograph her girls, as you can imagine that makes my heart smile.

18th Birthday Party

I happily photographed this lovely young lady’s 18th birthday party.

I car share with her Mum to work, thats how I got to know her. She’s started Uni now, very proud Honoury-Aunt.

I was invited as a friend but I prefer to have a job to do, so I mingled as much as I could, and tried to get as many pictures for her as I could during the time I was there.

Birthday trip to Howlett’s

I really enjoyed my Birthday last month (June 2018). Firstly I spent the morning in Herne Bay with with one of my best friend’s (I am blessed with 3), and her 2 daughters (honorary God daughters).

I was spoilt with a yummy breakfast and a totally gorgeous milkshake.

After parting company, I decided to detour via Howlett’s, it was my birthday and my bf who I’ve had the pleasure of knowing since I was 18 adopts a tiger at Howletts for me, I love all cats big and small. I am also Godmother to 2 of her children 🙂

Newborn Photography, Ashford, Kent – 10 day old little Tadhg

I met this tiny chap and his family last weekend. He and his family live pretty close to me.

He was tiny but adorable and chilled. His sense of calm was contagious, I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Their dog Grace (a Pug, I love Pug’s) was my buddy the whole session, keeping an eye out on her baby brother. Her parents were amazing, making me feel very welcome, and assisting me when needed. Everyone was so calm, radiating from their little treasure.

He has 4 older brothers. I only met 2 of them.
